Industries, we have developed interchangeable machines. All our fixtures are designed to function on every CNC machine throughout our climate-controlled
plant. This not only helps assure product quality and consistency, but also continued part production in the event one machine should malfunction.
Our in-house CAD/CAM and computer-programming capabilities help us speed both part prototyping and manufacturing. We verify programming before part production
begins. Computerization also helps us do short prodution runs economoically or switch rapidly from one part to another.
In addition, all our equipment is computer-controlled and has safety features which prevent master files from being overwritten by operators. Master files are maintained
for downloading if the same part needs to be run in the future, once again assuring high part-to-part repeatability.
